Terms and Conditions
Service Provider: Wonderlost Creative Store (Business ID: 3217054-9), with a principal place of business at [Pop-up Store, A-Bloc Shopping Mall at Aalto University, Otaniementie 12, 02150 Espoo].
This document outlines the terms and conditions for merchants renting the compartment and selling products at "Wonderlost”. By filling the sign-up form, the reservation is confirmed and binding, and the merchant agrees to comply with these terms:

I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined by Wonderlost, including all policies related to product display, pricing, and merchant conduct.

I consent to the collection, storage, and use of my personal and business information by Wonderlost for the purposes of managing my merchant account, facilitating sales, and improving services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

I authorize Wonderlost to handle payment processing on my behalf, including the collection and disbursement of sales revenue according to the agreed payment terms.

I understand that Wonderlost reserves the right to terminate my merchant agreement and remove my products from the store if I fail to comply with the agreed terms and conditions.

I consent to receiving communications from Wonderlost regarding account updates, operational notices, promotional opportunities, and other relevant information.

I agree to the sharing of anonymized customer data between Wonderlost and other merchants within the store for the purposes of improving sales and customer experience.
Sales Period
The term of this lease shall continue for a period of 4 weeks, unless agreed separately. The store's opening days are counted as sales days, and possible closed days do not shorten the sales period. This lease may be renewed by mutual agreement of the parties in writing.
Compartment Size
The compartment size is approximately 80*28 cm. The size is provisional and subject to change.
Working Opportunity
The merchant can also choose to work 3 full days / month in the store to deduct 100 euros from the reservation fee upon separate agreement. The merchant is obligated to receive the pre-training and follow the practices outlined by Wonderlost. Please note the working opportunity is limited and not guaranteed. Wonderlost reserves the right to terminate the working shifts due to dereliction of duty. In this case, the deduction will not be processed.
The merchant pays the reservation fee in full amount in the store. The deducted amount will be refunded after the working days are completed and the duty is fulfilled.
Payment Settlement
The sales revenue minus commission and any applicable fees, will be settled with merchants within one week after the sales period finishes.
Stock Management
Merchants are responsible for stocking and restocking their compartments as well as unloading the products when the sales period finishes. Please do not overfill the compartment and keep it tidy and stylish.
All the the unsold products must be collected by the seller two hours before the store closing time on the last day of the sales period. If the compartment is emptied late, Wonderlost collects a 30€ late penalty. Uncollected items will be held a maximum 7 days after the sale period. Wonderlost reserves the right to dispose of the item after this window.
Product Liability
Merchants are responsible for the quality and safety of their products. The merchant cannot sell illegal and pirated products. Wonderlost is not liable for any issues arising from mechants' products. Wonderlost reserves the right to remove products that do not meet our criteria or might arise disputes. Wonderlost reserves the rights to provide customers with the seller's contact information if any aftersale issue may arise.
Liability for Unmarked Products
Our store will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to products not being properly priced or labelled by the merchant. Any discrepancies or issues arising from unmarked or incorrectly marked items are the responsibility of the merchant.
Wonderlost is not responsible for

packing, unpacking and delivering the products. Delivery of the items will be an additional service and will be charged separately;

aftersale services: including exchange and return service unless informed by the merchant separately;

defective or incomplete products;

the destruction and loss of products in the event of vandalism, theft, burglary or other causes beyond the company's control. Wonderlost can provide surveillance footage if any disputes shall arise.

Marketing and Promotions
Wonderlost might promote the shop and its merchants through various channels. If you want to be advertised, please email your marketing materials to us hello@wonderlost.store. If you do not want any exposure, please also inform us.
Sales Tracking
Wonderlost does not provide real-time tracking of revenues. Please email hello@wonderlost.store if you request a report of the revenue progress.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to one week before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window will be charged for the half amount. Cancellations are not acceptable after the sales period starts.

​​Termination and Breach
Refund: Fees paid are non-refundable, unless Wonderlost is unable to fulfill the sales service due to circumstances within our control.
Breach of Terms: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the agreement, removal of products, and forfeiture of fees.
Amendments: "Wonderlost" reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Merchants will be notified of any changes.
By agreeing to these terms, merchants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the provisions set forth herein.
