Merchant Guidelines

​Welcome onboard!

We're thrilled to have you join our community of creative and passionate merchants. To ensure our collaboration runs smoothly, please review and adhere to the following guidelines.


Before bringing the items


Please mark your items clearly, make sure each price tag is attached to the products.

​

Please follow these steps to create your product labels:

  • Start with 2 letters, preferably the initials of your name or brand

  • Follow the letters with a dash ("-").

  • After the dash, add a number between 00 and 99.

  • Finally, include the price of the item.

Example: If your initials are "AB" and the item costs €25, your product label should look like this: AB-01 €25.

You can mark a maximum of 100 numbers of your products each sales period. Do not mark your product with a repetitive number. You can bring your items and display them at your reserved compartment the evening before the sales period, within the advised time slot.


When you display your items


When stocking your items at the shop, please inform the store manager of the total number of items you are placing on the shelves, confirm the amount with the store manager. When arranging your own grid, please be mindful not to interfere with your neighbours’ layout, and ensure that your items do not extend beyond the boundaries of your grid. You can place printed marketing materials within your compartment for customers to have a better understanding of your brand stories and materials.

When restocking your products, always inform the store manager of the restocked amount.

​

​There's no extra space outside the compartment for storage. Merchants should be responsible for their own inventory management.

​

Security


Wonderlost takes measures to best safeguard merchants’ products. The store will be monitored by surveillance cameras. The shopping mall is staffed with security guards. While we strive to provide a secure environment, Wonderlost is not responsible for the destruction and loss of products in the event of vandalism, theft, burglary or other causes beyond the company's control. We encourage all merchants to insure their goods and take necessary precautions.

Marketing and Promotions


When posting on social media, you are welcome to tag and mention us @Wonderlostore.

​

Wonderlost might promote the shop and its merchants through various channels. If you want to be advertised, please email your marketing materials to us hello@wonderlost.store in the following format:.

​

  • text suggestion / information (in English)

  • recommended resolution: 1080 x 1080 px

  • image format: png, jpg

​

Wonderlost reserves the rights to alter the aesthetics and  the text before posting upon mutual agreement.

​

Sales and Revenue Reporting


Wonderlost does not offer real-time tracking of revenues. Please email hello@wonderlost.store if you request a report of the revenue progress.

​

At the end of each sales period, we will send you a statement detailing your sold products. Each item sold will be clearly marked according to the labelling instructions provided above.

​

Merchants operate as independent sellers within our store, you will be individually responsible for your own VAT reporting.

​

Revenue Payment


After the sales period ends, your total revenue for the period minus the commission and any applicable fees will be transferred directly to your bank account that you provided earlier.

We may update Merchant Guidelines periodically. Please review it regularly to stay informed of any changes.
